Return Policy
Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 15-day exchange policy.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@tropicorpseshop.com.
Please include Name, Order Number and Reason. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you’ve sent an email and haven’t heard from us within the time frame, please feel free to resend the email and you will be accommodated.
For international orders: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number. Once the item arrives, you will be refunded. Please note, refund will not include initial shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
